Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and profile picture. If you sign in with Google, we receive these details from Google — we never see or store your Google password.

Content you upload

We store the screenshots and images you upload, together with the prompts, device selections, and style settings you choose, so we can generate your mockups and keep them available in your dashboard.

Usage and technical data

We record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and credit usage. This helps us secure the Service, debug failures, and understand which features are used.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers — we only retain the plan you are on, your billing status, and transaction identifiers.

How we use your information

• To generate, store, and deliver the mockups you request.
• To create and maintain your account, and to apply your credit balance.
• To process payments and send billing receipts.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To send product updates and the newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe from any of these emails at any time.

AI processing of your uploads

Generating a mockup requires sending your uploaded screenshot and the accompanying prompt to a third-party AI model provider. That provider processes the content solely to return a generated image to us.

We do not sell your uploads, and we do not use your screenshots to train our own models. You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the mockups you generate.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers — hosting, storage, AI model, email, and payment vendors acting on our instructions.
• Legal authorities — where we are required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
• An acquirer — if the business is merged or acquired, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Data retention

Uploaded screenshots and generated mockups are retained while your account is active so that you can return to your projects. You can delete a project at any time from the dashboard. When you delete your account, we remove your content and account record within 30 days, except where we must keep billing records for tax and accounting purposes.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Authentication uses signed session tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep the risk as low as we practically can and will notify affected users of any breach that materially impacts them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
