Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of App Mockup Generator AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Credits and plans

• One credit is consumed for each mockup generated.
• Free accounts receive a limited allocation of starter credits.
• Paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance that refreshes at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over unless the plan states otherwise.
• Credits carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not exchangeable outside the Service.

A credit is consumed when a generation is submitted. If a generation fails because of an error on our side, contact support and we will restore the credit.

3. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice, effective at your next renewal.

4. Your content

You keep all ownership of the screenshots and other material you upload (“Input”) and of the mockups the Service generates from them (“Output”). You may use the Output commercially, including for App Store and Google Play listings, marketing sites, and advertising.

You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your Input and Output solely to operate and improve the Service — including sending it to the AI model providers that render your mockups. We will not use your Input to train our own models.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Generate material that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that depicts real people without their consent.
• Impersonate another app, brand, or company in a way that misleads users or app stores.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or authentication.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

6. AI-generated results

Output is produced by generative models and is provided as-is. Results vary between runs, may contain visual artefacts, and are not guaranteed to be unique or to satisfy any particular store review process. You are responsible for reviewing Output before publishing it, and for making sure it complies with the requirements of Apple, Google, and any other platform you submit to.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in-product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
